Adv. Salony N. Katariya is an Advocate with an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology Law and a Diploma in Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law. Her practice encompasses both litigation and non-litigation advisory, with particular experience in corporate, commercial, technology and regulatory matters.
She has been appearing before the Gujarat High Court and specialised tribunals and forums, with experience in matters involving complex civil and commercial disputes, corporate advisory, regulatory issues and contractual matters.
Salony leads the Chambers' Corporate Advisory and Commercial Litigation practice, and regularly appears before the Gujarat High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Green Tribunal (NGT), and Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT).
Her non-litigation practice includes corporate and commercial agreements, contractual documentation, legal opinions, due diligence, regulatory compliance and advisory, with a particular focus on matters involving businesses, technology and intellectual property

Adv. Vidhi B. Raval focuses on trial court advocacy and multi-disciplinary dispute resolution, with a practice spanning trial and district courts and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums. With advanced academic specialization in Criminology, she brings a strong understanding of criminal law and a practical, courtroom-oriented approach to contentious matters.
Her practice encompasses criminal defence, family and matrimonial disputes, matters relating to negotiable instruments, civil disputes and general litigation. She is actively involved in the preparation and conduct of proceedings, including case strategy, pleadings, evidence and courtroom advocacy.
Her practice complements the Chambers’ broader litigation and dispute-resolution capabilities, enabling clients to receive focused representation from pre-litigation strategy through trial proceedings.
